Payments, Shipping and Returns

1. Payment methods
At Repair Hub, we offer several secure payment options. All transactions are processed in Swiss francs (CHF).
Prepayment (on invoice)
You can opt for advance payment by bank transfer. This method involves contacting us in advance to receive a QR invoice with order details.
Important Payment must be made within 14 days of invoice date. If payment is not received within this period, the order is automatically cancelled.
Immediate payment
We accept the following payments for immediate validation of your order:

Credit cards Visa, Mastercard

Twint via mobile application
All transactions are encrypted to the highest security standards (SSL/TLS).
2. Shipping
Processing times
Orders placed before 4.30pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays and Swiss public holidays.
Shipping methods
All orders are shipped by Swiss Post in A-Post format.
Depending on the size of your order, shipment may take the form of :

of a A-Post letter (up to 250g and/or 5cm thick)
-
an A-Post parcel (beyond these dimensions)
Follow-up and insurance

Standard shipments are not insuredbut an insured shipment is available on request, for an additional surcharge.

The tracking number is provided only for insured packages.
Delivery times
La Poste's usual delivery times are 1 working day for A-Post shipments (except Saturday for parcels).
We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date. Any delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to any compensation or reduction.
Liability
The transfer of risk takes place when the parcel is handed over to Swiss Post.
We cannot be held responsible for errors in the delivery address or for non-receipt due to external circumstances (inaccessible mailbox, etc.).
3. Returns and complaints
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, here are the return procedures.
Right of return (change of mind)
You may return any item unused in its original packagingwithin 14 days following receipt.

We will confirm if the return is accepted. Any return without prior authorization will be refused.
Please note:

The return costs and shipping risks shall be borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid tracking number.

Products must be intact, not soiled, not usedand complete.
Products excluded from the right of return:

Personalized items (e.g. printed hulls)

Hygiene or electronic products already opened

Repair parts already installed
-
Products with broken warranty seal
-
Special orders placed at the customer's request
4. Complaints (defects, incorrect delivery, damage)
If you notice a technical fault, delivery error or transport damage, please contact us within a reasonable time at :

After analysis, we can offer you a replacement, repair or return. Here again, no return will be accepted without our written approval.
5. Important notes

No returns will be accepted for products that have already been installed or used.

In the event of an unjustified or refused return, we reserve the right to reship the product at your expense.

If you choose shipping without insurance, you accept the risk of loss or risk of loss or damage in transit.
